HARDSHIP FUND POLICY
The Hardship Fund exists to support women who have an established relationship with Women’s Activities and who are genuinely experiencing financial difficulty. This fund may assist with some or all of the cost of attending an activity offered by Women’s Activities.
a) Eligibility:
Women may apply for a hardship subsidy if they are:
- Are registered with Women’s Activities and have been attending activities
over a period of time - Are experiencing genuine financial difficulty due to low income,
unemployment, or personal or family circumstances - Intend to attend the activity if support is granted

Partial or full contribution toward accommodation/food costs

- Submit a Hardship Request Form
- Applications are reviewed discreetly
- Decisions are based on need, availability of funds, and fairness
d) Funding Source
The hardship fund is supported through donations
e) Confidentiality
All hardship applications, decisions, and related information are treated with strict confidentiality and shared only with those directly responsible for assessing and administering the funds.
