REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy aims to be fair to participants while also respecting the commitments we make to the venues that host our activities. By setting clear guidelines, we are better able to plan each event with confidence and keep Women’s Activities accessible and affordable for everyone.

If a participant is no longer able to attend an activity, she may either:

1) Cancel the booking and request a refund in accordance with the policy outlined below; or

2) Arrange a substitute:
If a participant is unable to attend, she may nominate another person to take her place. Any financial arrangements related to the substitution are to be organised directly between the participants involved. Learn more…

These guidelines help us balance individual circumstances with the ongoing sustainability of Women’s Activities.

a) Activity Cost:

The activity fee covers accommodation and meals only. Women’s Activities does not make a profit from activity fees.

b) Cancellation Policy:

Time of Cancellation Policy
More than 21 days before the activity Full refund
minus processing fees
7-21 days before the activity 50% refund
Less than 7 days before the activity No refund

c) Emergency Considerations:

Women experiencing an unexpected emergency, such as illness or a family crisis, may apply for a refund by emailing the Booking Coordinator, even within the usual no-refund period. Each request will be considered individually.
