I can't login to my account

If you are having trouble signing into your account, please first confirm that you are using the correct login email, and password.

If you are still unable to login, please click ‘Forgot Your Password’ to reset your password.

I am new to Women's Activities. How do I open an account?

Welcome! First you will need to create an account with Women’s Activities by doing the following:
1) Go to the home page of Women’s Activities: www.womensactivities.org

2) Click on  LOGIN and go to REGISTER

3) REGISTER: Fill in the registration form and click SUBMIT

4) ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT: Check your email inbox. Look for an email called, Activate Your Profile. Click the link in the email. Do not try to login at this point.

5) AUTHORISATION: Wait for an email titled: Registration and Authorisation Complete NB: This can take up to 24 hours, please be patient. When authorisation is complete, your account is ready to use.

How do I book a retreat?

To book a retreat:

1) Go to www.womensactivities.org and LOGIN

2) Go to BOOKING INFORMATION and click on BOOK NOW

3) A list of retreats will appear. Pick the one you want to attend and then click on BOOK in the far right column. Follow the prompts to complete your booking.

How do I reset my password

Please follow these steps to change your password:
1. On the home page of Women’s Activities click on LOGIN
2. Go to RESET MY PASSWORD
4. Enter your First Name, Surname and Email account that is registered with Women’s Activities and click CONFIRM.
5. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Click on this link and follow the prompts.

 

I want to book a friend into a retreat

Thats great! First they will need to create an account with Women’s Activities. You can help her:

How do I cancel a booking?

To cancel a booking for activities from 1 Jan – 31 Mar 2026:

1) Go to your portal and go to VIEW MY BOOKINGS.

2) Click on the activity you wish to cancel. A list of your bookings will appear.

3) Click on EDIT in the far right column and change the Booking Status to CANCEL.

4) Click on UPDATE in the far right column and your are done.

I forgot to include my diet when booking

To update any of your requirements for an acitivity i.e. dietry needs, special requests, baby facilities etc:

1) Login to your portal and go to EDIT MY BOOKING.

2) Click on the activity you wish to edit. A list of your bookings will appear.

3) Click on EDIT in the far right column and include your diet or other requests.

4) Click on UPDATE in the far right column and your are done.

I'm a Mac/Safari user and can't login as it keeps refreshing

I want to change my email address

Go to Manage My Account > Change My Personal Details > enter the new email address > and click “Update.” You will then need to check your new email inbox for a message from Women’s Activities and click the verification link to confirm the change.

This version is a Book & Pay system. 
Once payment is completed, your place is confirmed immediately.

All bookings are first in, first served.

Places cannot be held or reserved.

About the new Book & Pay System

From 1 March 2026, all activities taking place from 1 April 2026 onwards will use our Book & Pay system.

How it works

1) Select your activity

2) Complete the booking form

3) Pay online

4) Receive confirmation your place is secure.

Places are limited and allocated in the order bookings are completed.

  • The ability to cancel and edit your own booking online
  • Automatic refunds in line with the Cancellation and Refund Policy

Activities running up to and including 31 March 2026 continue to use the current booking system.
