RETREATS
About Retreats
It’s important to take the time to invest in some spiritual renewal. A retreat is an opportunity to get closer to God and develop a relationship with Him.
Retreats are held over a few days and include Holy Mass, meditations (guided prayer by a priest in front of the Blessed Sacrament), talks by a lay person, Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament, recitation of the Rosary as well as time for personal prayer and reflection.
Throughout the retreat the priest is available for the Sacrament of Reconciliation. There is also opportunity for personal spiritual direction.
All retreats listed are conducted by priests of Opus Dei, a Personal Prelature of the Catholic Church.
